Call to Action: Senator David Perdue’s Office, Tuesday, Jan 31st

Tuesday, Jan 31 at 12:30 pm at Senator David Perdue’s Atlanta District Office
191 Peachtree Street
Atlanta, GA 30303

Let’s tell Senator Perdue, if he votes for Betsy DeVos, he is voting against public schools in GA. If he votes for Scott Pruitt, he is voting against the environment and public health in GA. If he votes for Jeff Sessions, he is partnering with someone whose long political history does not show that he will combat inequality and support voting rights for people of color in GA.

This is about telling our elected officials, if they don’t stand WITH us on these issues, they stand AGAINST us.

We will hold Senator Perdue accountable in a peaceful rally outside his office with signs, chants, and a chance for everyone to take the bullhorn and express your demands to Senator Perdue, plus appearances by inspiring experts who will give us more information and show their support on these important issues.

Please also address his possible support of Tom Price as well as Andrew Puzder for Secretary of Labor.

Vote NO for appointing deVos and Pruitt.
Neither of these people will help Georgia.
DeVos is not supportive of PUBLIC SCHOOLS and Pruitt has said he does NOT believe in global warming!
Do NOT support efforts to shock us into submission. OUR children are worth your effort to stand TALL,
Thank you in advance for your support!

I will be attending a meeting tonight at Coosa River Basin Initiative for a talk about fracking Georgia, but I stand in solidarity with you. The sudden interest in national parks by our representatives is worrisome.
